The opportunity

The Gold Coast climate is hard on roofs. Warm, humid and coastal means mould, lichen and moss spread fast, and most homeowners do not think about it until the streaks are impossible to ignore or they are about to sell. The demand is sitting right there on thousands of roofs, the job is just getting in front of the owner at the moment they decide to do something about it.

Meta is the most efficient way to do that. Facebook and Instagram let us reach homeowners in the right suburbs with a strong before and after that makes the problem obvious and the result undeniable. The goal is simple: a steady flow of quality roof cleaning enquiries from people who own their home and care how it looks, and a clear picture of cost per lead and cost per booked job from day one.

Setup fee waived. The one-off campaign build and tracking setup is normally a paid item. We are waiving it in full for 1300 Cleaning Group as an introductory offer to get the campaign live. Why $50 a day to start: roof cleaning is a solid-ticket job, so even a small number of bookings a month covers the spend and the management fee comfortably. We start at a level that lets the data settle, then scale as the cost per booked job proves out.

All figures are in AUD and exclude GST. Management is billed monthly in advance, month to month, with no lock-in contract. Ad spend is paid directly to Meta from your own payment profile and is not handled by Fresh Digital. Recommended ad spend is a starting guide and can be adjusted up or down at any time. Results from advertising can vary and are not guaranteed.
